| Cancellation |
We require
3 days notice for regular stays and 2 weeks notice for Stampede
and oil show dates. |

unregistered guests. |

| Smoking
is not allowed in the house or on the grounds.This is strictly
enforced due to allergic reactions from residents and some
guests. Smoking in rooms will void guest contract. |

dietary and allergy needs - please let us know when inquiring
about rooms and we will try to accommodate you. |

| Pets
can not usually be taken due to guest allergies but could be
kenneled in the heated garage if necessary. |

strong perfumes or aftershave due to allergies. |
